Emily Alexandridou is an Education Officer at CYQAA as from September 2021 where she manages HEIs' applications for programmatic and departmental evaluations. She has graduated with a BSc degree in Biochemistry and Microbiology from King’s College-University of London and with a BSc degree in Mathematics from Roosevelt University- Chicago. She has worked for many years in both private and public secondary schools in Cyprus teaching Biology and Science. She has served as an Education Officer in the Department of Private Education at the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sport and Youth of Cyprus for three years and also as a director at the State Institutes of Further Education for one year.
Loucia D. Constantinou, PhD is a public-school teacher, a School Administrator, and a teacher educator by training. She has been appointed at the Cyprus Quality and Accreditation Agency (CYQAA) as an Education Officer since September of 2021. In the past, she has been involved in internal evaluation at several institutions of higher learning (University at Albany-SUNY, Michigan State University, Hellenic College).
Dr. Constantinou was trained as an elementary classroom teacher in Cyprus (Diploma-Pedagogical Academy of Cyprus). She also holds degrees in Psychology (B.A., University at Albany-SUNY), Learning and Teaching (Ed.M, Harvard University), and Curriculum and Instruction (M.Sc. & C.A.S., University at Albany-SUNY). Dr. Constantinou earned her PhD in Teacher Education from Michigan State University (Ph.D, Curriculum, Instruction and Teacher Education). Her area of expertise is teacher learning and development, as well as teacher induction and mentoring.

In the past, she has served, in the Republic of Cyprus, as a member of the Special Teaching Staff of the Law Departments of the Nicosia University (academic years 2013-2015) and the Neapolis University Pafos (academic year 2012-2013).
She is a holder of the title of Bachelor Of Laws (Qualifying Degree) (With Honours) in Law (LLB) from the University of Warwick, Master of Laws (LLM) in International Law from the University of Bristol and Master of Philosophy (MPhil) - Public International Law, from the University of Bristol. Further, she is Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
Dr Andreas Charalambous is Professor and Executive Vice President for Health, of the University of Nicosia ( UNIC Health). He served as Foundation Executive Dean of the Medical School from 2011 until July of 2022. He is a US-trained anatomist and medical educator with a strong record in higher education development and internationalization.
He holds an undergraduate and master’s degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, and a PhD in Anatomy / Neuroscience from The Ohio State University.
He completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Department of Pathology, University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and during his career, has served in various academic and administrative capacities such as Department Chair, Dean and Vice President.

Christos A. Ioannou is a Full Professor in Economics at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a research fellow at the Centre d’Economie de la Sorbonne. He graduated in 2009 with a Ph.D in Economics from the University of Minnesota.
Christos A. Ioannou is an applied game theorist interested in modelling economic behavior. His research interests span from an analysis and modelling of behavior in repeated games to that in prediction markets.
